Black Country Touring are very proud to be supporting Why? Festival (a micro-festival of music, performance, comedy and film) also supported by Disability Arts Touring Network. The festival brings together performers of international recognition alongside local support acts and free creative workshops.

The acts include international hip-hop collective Krip Hop Nation featuring MC’s, rappers and musicians from the US, Germany, Uganda and the UK – an independent voice for disability led justice and politics. Plus actress Kiruna Stamell best known for her roles in Eastenders, Ricky Gervais’ – ‘Life’s too short’ and in ‘The Best Officer’ opposite Geoffrey Rush will be part of a comedy double act in One of Us Will Die. The festival will take place at two venues in the Black Country: Forest Arts Centre (Walsall) and The Glasshouse Arts Centre (Stourbridge). Tickets can be bought from the venue. All shows cost £6 and you can book 2 shows at the same venue for £10 (excluding films).
